These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and fortune33 ("Platform", "We", "fortune33"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by fortune33.

Fortune33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via:

• Fortune33 in-app notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• An email notification to your registered email address.

Continued use of the fortune33 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any valid balance before the changes take effect.

A fortune33 account can be terminated in two ways:

Voluntary Closure by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account within 3 business days after the request is approved.

Closure by fortune33: We reserve the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• We are directed to do so by the relevant regulatory authorities.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, fortune33 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that breached those terms. The original deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned at fortune33's discretion after the investigation is concluded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, either party has the right to refer the dispute to independent arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
